Act 60 Donations

At Coquís Play Café Inc., we’re proud to be a certified nonprofit under Puerto Rico law (Section 1101.01).
Your generosity helps us build a space for families to connect, play, and grow — and your donation counts toward the $5,000 Act 60 requirement.
Every donor receives:
 * An official donation receipt
 * Hacienda certification
 * A complete Act 60 proof packet with simple reporting instructions
Deadline: All Act 60 donations must be received by December 31 each year.

    1. Where do my donations go?
      Every donation supports free community play days, educational workshops, and toy replacements to keep our space fresh and inspiring for kids.

    2. Are donations tax deductible?
      Yes! Coquís Play Café is a registered nonprofit, and your donations are tax deductible. We can provide a receipt for your records.

    3. Can I set up a recurring donation?
      Of course! You can choose a one-time or recurring donation on our website. Even small monthly gifts make a big difference in supporting our programs.

    4. Do you accept in-kind donations (toys, books, etc.)?
      Yes, we love gently used or new items that encourage creativity and play. Just contact us before dropping them off so we can make sure they meet our safety standards.

    5. Will I get a receipt?

      Yes — all donors receive an email receipt. For Act 60 donors, check the Act 60 box and we’ll include the appropriate information.

    6. Can I donate monthly?

      Yes — select “Monthly” on the donation widget.
